  18.      Does anyone know how to put up a MacApp dialog to simulate the actions of
  19. the standard SFGetFile and SFPutFile routines.  The idea here is that I want
  20. to modify the behavior the dialogs without having to mess around with
  21. userItems and DlgHooks.  I would much rather be able to make the changes with
  22. ViewEdit.
